Specialist Contractors Alucraft and Helix Roofing have engaged Metrics to assist them with their BIM deliverables. The project, the University of Lancaster’s new Health Innovation Campus, is a BIM Level 2 project and Metrics are providing both clients with LOD 500 Revit models for their respective packages. The design by John McAslan and Partners consists of three main blocks clad in curtain wall with GFRC feature panels and fascias. As well as providing modelling services Metrics are also liaising directly with BAM’s Digital Engineering team, ensuring that the outputs are aligned with the University’s BIM Execution plan.
